Description

Quia Park is a highly fertile property the boasts 230 ha of farming country of which there is 125 ha of self mulching black basalt earths that is currently sown down to dryland cotton (not included) balance of the farming country is gently sloping and would be well suited to fodder cropping. The balance of the country is natural grasses with scattered shade timber.
There is an irrigation bore, not currently licensed. It is zoned in the Oxley Porous Rock Aquifer. There is also an equipped windmill that feeds an tank and reticulates back to troughs for stock water. 600 mm average rainfall.
Improvements include 2 x silos and a machinery shed in need of repair.
