JBR is a locally owned auctioneer, livestock and property agency, located in the progressive, rural town of Gunnedah in North West NSW. Previously known as Garvin & Cousens Gunnedah, established in 1966, James Bradford commenced work with Garvin & Cousens in 2002 and in 2018 bought the business and changed the name to James Bradford Rural.

Now a family owned business, our focus is on building strong community connections and a dynamic team that provides a full agency, expertise services to our clients. This includes mustering to drafting, digital marketing to live auctions, specialised auctioneering, residential and rural acreage property sales, water sales, clearing and livestock sales and property management.
